The amount of water and carbs you have in your system can skew the results of the scan and show more muscle than you actually have.
So to SIMPLIFY the process and actually compare APPLES to APPLES, make sure all 4 scan appointments are at relatively the same time in the morning. Otherwise, you’re defeating the whole point of why we’re doing a scan in the first place.
For example, I personally always do scans first thing in the morning on empty stomach (after using the restroom if possible) because I want to get the most accurate results. Which sometimes means I have to choose a scan a couple of days later than I would like to find a day with my time slot.
